Perdonar es un acto de auto-respeto y deseo de tener una vida con propósito y libre de las dañinas repercusiones del resentimiento, el cual es la consecuencia de una experiencia hiriente que produce dolor y daño. El perdón es un acto de nobleza que se compara con el cierre de una actividad cíclica e improductiva.
El acto de perdonar va más allá del olvido o la aceptación de ciertos hechos; es aliviar y sanar el recuerdo que destruye y dejar los pensamientos de dolor fluir hasta desaparecer; nos brinda paz y tiene un impacto psicológico, físico y espiritual.
human beings we have to forgive us vulnerable is a sign of weakness, we believe the false idea that the more stronger we are stubborn and rigid society perceives us. The truth is quite the opposite, to forgive is needed strength, nobility and self-esteem. It takes an understanding and a desire to discover who we are and how we can use past experiences to enjoy while helping the planet we all inhabit.
But how do we forgive? We start with the fact that things that happened were not necessarily made against us; rather they were made against the same offender. When offended, we lie, we hurt, we are acting according to our own frustrations and sorrows. Unfortunately, the perception is that things are done against us, and it is the ego that keeps us understand that although we look like or were victims of certain circumstances, the attack was made as a result of actions beyond our control.
On the other hand, we must be aware of the emotion that causes us to remember hurtful regardless of who did it and why it was done. The understanding of emotion helps us to overcome the impact on our body and mind. Emotion alone to be heard and accepted, is released.
There are situations very difficult to forget and that hurt more than others, but forgiveness heals, heals us ourselves from the poison of resentment and to open our hearts to growth and personal success ......
